A: Customers will not experience immediate changes to either product, and we will continue to deliver on our Q1 roadmap. Our teams our working on a roadmap for unification that will be thoughtful and provide you with an effortless upgrade to unified offering which will benefit from the intuitive user experience Catalyst is known for, in a platform powered by the enterprise-ready governance of Totango with exciting innovations including AI and reporting capabilities.
Q: Will I be forced to migrate?
A: There is no migration needed, period. We will continue to offer two products and will give customers ample notice when upgrades to the unified offering are available. If you have any questions we will be here to support you every step of the way.
Q: Will this impact platform stability?
A: No. In fact, stability and performance should improve for many customers as they are upgraded to a more robust architecture powering our unified platform.
Q: I’m not a customer yet, but would it be better to wait to evaluate your product until the unified product is available?
